Return Process

  Ensure your boots are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and the shoebox undamaged within 30 days of delivery.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items back into the original ROC shoebox and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the returns portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality check is complete.
